    Went in to get a baguette. Saw they didn’t have any out and asked the MOD if they had more. She said yes and another employee checked me out. Turns out they didn’t have any, so they gave me a refund but shortchanged me by $0.25. I’m not worried about getting that money back but it’s about the concept of the thing. I wasted my time here and still lost money

    For some reason this Panera marks everything as ready even when it isn’t. I was told my order was ready 15 minutes before it was actually done and everyone else that was around me had the exact same experience. Why even have the notification? It just seems like they’re trying to make their metrics look better

    Will NEVER order from this location again. I ordered mac and cheese through Uber Eats, and the cup arrived barely half full, almost as if someone ate some of it! I’ve ordered this item before, so I know what the normal portion is supposed to look like, and this was absolutely not it. For almost $8, I expected a properly filled container, not something that looked partially eaten. The salad I ordered was fine, but the mac and cheese portion was unacceptable. Attention to quality control and consistency clearly needs improvement.

    I've got bad orders 4 times already. Another bad order today April 16, 2026. I called the manager, Leo and he was very racist to me when I told him that I was Black and I wanted to express my concerns. He slammed the phone down on me. What a waste of money!!!
