The staff totally ignored the fact that we were standing waiting to place our order. They were more interested in the conversations they were having amongst themselves. When I finally was asked to place my order they didn't have any steak or the the shredded beef!! I was in disbelief and when I asked the person taking my order if I heard correctly that they didn't have any meat, he rolled his eyes, turned his head and sighed. Is this the kind of customer service that Chipotle wants representing their company? I think not! I challenged his behavior which of course he denied. And where was the manager? I asked for the manager and no one came forward. And how can they be out of meat at 7:00 pm? This is dinner time!!! Why aren't they making more?!! This location has definite customer service issues and lack of management. If you read the other reviews, you will see others having similar opinions. I will never go back to this Chipotle location ever again.
