- HAHaseeb AliAug 9, 20265.0extraordinary service, staff was very well mannered. i’ve read comments with complaints but we have to remember that most of the people working here are also young and kids. i’ve experienced as long as you act respectfully they reciprocate the same. I’ve also worked fast food and it is very stressful as the workers have limited power over anything and most of it is corporate rules. i’ve also read comments about kids being unprofessional due to “hickeys”, and although it isn’t the best look, this is chipotle not a 5 star exclusive restaurant, this has almost no impact on the food being served. please let’s be considerate and work to bring each other up, not tear each other down.

Whoever is working the third party food prep station Wednesday July 15th around 9-9:30pm needs an evaluation. This employees level of skills may put this Chipotle at severe risk of customer loss. We ordered two bowls, chips with queso, and a lemonade. The bowls were half full and the ingredients on one of the bowls was incorrect and came with a red sauce and lettuce, which was not ordered. Luckily DoorDash fully refunded our order without having to seek a bank dispute. Final note: It’s not hard to pack a bag. Two bowls first in one bag and drink and chips in another. It’s not difficult to be somewhat intelligent and understand that putting drinks on top of bowls will crush the bowl. Disappointing to see that it’s kids that work there who are most likely unaware of their surroundings and more than likely unaware of their purpose in life. To the GM/corporate: Get your employees in check. You have a 2 star rating at this location. Do better. It’s really not that difficult. Train your employees. You already receive great support from the corporate team yet you fail to utilize them. Guarantee your lack of customer service and staff morale will put this location out of business
