  Food is made sloppy you ask for sour cream just they slop it over taco just smothered on side sloppy and nasty …. No clean tables all the money chipotle makes at least they can get someone to clean the tables and take out the trash. Place is disgusting … it’s the same system seems throughout there other chains

  One of the worst experience I ever had at this location. They were rushing a lot in making my bowl , and I asked for few stuff on side due to allergic purposes which they didn’t even put it with the bowl. Would not recommend anyone coming to this location.

  I bought a bowl, and they gave me more rice than protein—the amount of protein was laughably tiny. Because I complained, they added a little bit more, but then they charged me double for it. On top of that, the service was terrible. This happened to me because I didn't check the order. 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒 Compré un bowl y me dieron más arroz que la proteína eso daba risa la cantidad, diminuta de proteína y por qué me quejé me pusieron un poco más y me lo cobraron doble y además el servicio pésimo, esto me pasó por no mirar lo

  I’m 100% convinced that all the employees (minus 1) hate people, especially those who are non Spanish speaking. I was rude to by 3 of 4 staff at the line/window while making 2 burrito bowls and the same 3 were clearing whispering about me in Spanish because there was no one behind me and looking my direction. I was trying to joke with them and sincerely apologized to them when I ordered in incorrect sequence (2 bowls for same side vs 1 bowl at a time) and laughed about it, no one smiled or said a single word, only stares and whispers to each other. Grow the hell up and be respectful.

  This place sucks. Went in for chicken Al pastor which is still being sold at other chipoltes. They have signs all over for it. Didn’t have it. I went here specifically for that. No lettuce. No chips. You charge the same amount for entrees with missing ingredients you should have at 8 PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. ask the cashier what’s going on? The cashier goes you can speak to a manager. I ask to speak to a manager. No manager comes to the counter. I ask the cashier again I came for this and you don’t have this when it’s being advertised and he just stood there and ignored me and told me our total. Beyond disgusted with this establishment. Waited in line 45 minutes. Skimpy on everything. At least if you are missing ingredients load up the other ones. Way too expensive for what you’re getting. Will never return here ever again.
