  To whom it may concern, I have been a loyal customer of Buffalo Wild Wings in North Brunswick for over 10 years. Throughout all these years, I have never once had a reason to complain or leave a negative review. I have always given this establishment the benefit of the doubt and kept coming back because my fiancé and I really enjoy your wings and the overall experience. However, my recent experience with your customer service was absolutely terrible, and I feel I need to bring this to your attention. On a particularly busy Saturday, knowing how hectic it would be, I decided to order online for pickup to save time and avoid any potential issues. My order was simple—I just wanted to make one small change: to have my wings cooked well done. I thought giving a quick call to let the kitchen know about that change would be no big deal and wouldn't take more than a couple of minutes. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have been more wrong. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, only to be hung up on eight times or left on hold without ever speaking to a person. This back-and-forth of endless ringing, hold music, and abrupt hang-ups went on for about ten minutes, and during that time, my order was already prepared and ready for pickup. When I finally did get ahold of someone, I was simply told that nothing could be done because the order was already made. From my perspective, this level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a place I’ve supported and enjoyed for over a decade. Coming from a retail background myself, where customer satisfaction is paramount, I find it disappointing and frankly frustrating to be treated this way. A small change communicated in a timely manner should have been handled professionally and promptly, even on a busy day. I am requesting that a manager or someone in authority reach out to me as soon as possible to discuss this matter further. I hope that my feedback can help improve your service moving forward so that other loyal customers don’t face similar frustrations. Thank you for your attention to this issue.   The wings were not tossed in the sauce well, there was barely any sauce. We ordered for Lemon pepper and never got tht flavor. Quality is deteriorated too much in last few yrs.

  Ugh, worst experience ever. It took them forever to make the order, and then when it finally arrived, it was wrong. So terrible.. never again.

  I wasn’t going to write a negative review until I got home and discovered ANOTHER mistake. 2 errors in the same order. I ordered at 950pm and the order was supposed to be ready at 1020pm. It wasn’t ready until 1038pm. Besides being late, there was multiple errors. Originally we were missing a brownie and the cookie skillet was made wrong and has no ice cream or chocolate sauce. I checked the bag before we left thankfully and the manager did correct the issue promptly however - when I got home, I went to eat the Honey BBQ wings and it definitely was not Honey BBQ. It was spicy and I can’t handle any spicy food. I get violently sick from spicy food as I have IBS. Half the wings were my partners and half were mine as there was 20 wings. He ordered mild and garlic parm and ordered honey BBQ and Teriyaki. I’ve ordered honey BBQ wings from BWW multiple times and never had any spice from it. Unfortunately I was only able to eat 5 wings. Complete waste of money. ****UPDATE**** Corporate did contact me and they said they would Provided compensation, gave me 2 options, I picked one of them and they GHOSTED ME. Honestly, screw this company. Chilis also did this to me years ago and I never stepped foot in their business again or did any business with them and neither did my friends.
