  It was a bad situation because I ordered two bowl and everything was terrible messed up. One completely no spice. It was spice, I can’t eat that due to food restrictions. I ordered by the app and is so difficult to make a report or complaint that can solution my problem, I tried to call them and never answered the phone…

  James in the front killing it with great customer service. He was offering samples when I was indecisive discovering what I like and having the best post workout meal. As a server myself I greatly appreciated the attentiveness and effort he put into just a small 3 minute interaction. Hell of a job James. Definitely coming back just cause of my first experience.

  Ok so it's my first time there and I'm looking at the menu and I'm thinking that I'm not going to like it. Now I know my Wife wants to try it so I don't want to say no. I had a Steak & Feta bowl it was really good. What I trying to say is if you looked at the menu and it didn't interest you don't let that stop you. So go ahead and try it.

  Tried cava for the first time and my salad bowl was extremely spicy. I went back and asked for a new bowl and told the worker he can make it however he wants as long as it taste good and is not spicy! Well I’m not sure what he did but my salad bowl was perfect. I should’ve asked. Great lunch experience

  I’ve visited CAVA at several different locations, but this one has become my new go-to spot. The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared exactly how we like it. A special shoutout to Ryan, who helped prepare our Falafel & Roasted Veggie Bowls. He was friendly, welcoming, and made our experience even better by greeting us in Gujarati! It’s always a pleasant surprise to be welcomed in your native language, and that personal touch really stood out. Excellent customer service, great food, and a warm atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location again and again!
