    I am writing to formally follow up on a complaint regarding a highly negative experience I had at your North Bergen Tonnelle location on June 6. Despite my multiple attempts to resolve this matter, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or a refund for an incorrectly prepared order. The issue began when I attempted to place a walk-in order. I encountered significant difficulties with a staff member named Jennifer (or possibly Natalie) while discussing menu options. Due to her unprofessional demeanor, I chose to leave the store and place my order via the mobile app instead. However, upon receiving the mobile order, I found it was prepared incorrectly with hot sauce and lemon pepper. When I brought this to the staff's attention, the response was dismissive and rude, and I was informed the order would not be corrected without an additional payment. Since this incident, I have attempted to follow up several times. Three weeks ago, I spoke with a representative named Aaliyah, who promised to contact me but failed to do so. I also spoke with the direct manager today, who was unfortunately unprofessional and unhelpful from the start of our conversation. I am disappointed by the persistent lack of communication and the service I have received at this location. As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this establishment. I am requesting a full refund for the incorrect order and expect a formal response regarding how this matter will be addressed. Please be advised that I will also be disputing this charge with my bank. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Our experience here Sunday, May 31st was horrible! We waited for 10 minutes before being asked if we had a to go order. We let the person know that we wanted to order take out and less than 2 steps away from the register she instructed us to order online as she could not come to the register to take our order. I’ve never in my life been to an establishment with worse service than this one. TERRIBLE! We left and ate somewhere else, as will never be returning.
