  Ordered a veggie bowl and got meat in it. That’s a serious mistake, not a small error. I had already eaten some before realizing. Even worse, they didn’t bother contacting me — I had to chase them down myself. No apology, no compensation, nothing except an empty promise of a refund that I still haven’t received. I even kept the food so they can check if anything but they just don’t bothered for customers. I’ve been there many times to dine in, and it used to be my go-to late-night spot since I live just two minutes away. However, after my most recent experience—and seeing how consistently dirty the place is—I can’t recommend it anymore. I used to think the issues were just because they were busy, but it’s clear now that the staff is unprofessional and doesn’t care about customers at all. Completely unacceptable service. If you can’t handle basic dietary orders and can’t even process refunds properly, you shouldn’t be serving customers.

  I called to place a catering order for 80 lunches and had a very disappointing experience. When I explained that I needed to place a large order, the manager answered the phone and then hung up on me. This was extremely unprofessional and poor customer service, especially for a business that should value large catering orders. I expected courtesy and assistance, not to be dismissed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location for catering.

  I ordered from this place for delivery and they have messed all 3 times. Mind you these weren’t big orders. Just 3 or 4 items. They always forget 1 item or missing an ingredient or two. I’m not sure who’s working in the back. If they’re high, like I get it, take your time. But don’t mess up the orders back to back to BACK. I’m trying to get high in peace too. SMH.
