  I pull up to the drive-through for the Manager to tell me to come back in 30 minutes and it’s 1130 at night telling me they have no food ready. What kind of establishment has no food ready especially a Taco Bell at 11:30 at night

  Reached at 1:42 and the store was closed. GPS and their timings mentioned they are open until 2.

  I went through the drive-through it took so long to get the order and then once I got the order I had ordered the avocado ranch chicken stack. I had this weird petroleum flavor to it. I couldn’t finish it. And it didn’t really look that busy so I’m not really sure why the food took so long to make.

  Highly disappointed with my experience here. I’m vegetarian and placed the correct order through the app. When I arrived to pick it up, the order they had was completely different from what I ordered and included meat. I explained the mistake, and instead of fixing it, I was told I would have to place and pay for the order again. That makes no sense when the mistake wasn’t mine. I ordered correctly, so I shouldn’t have been expected to pay twice. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.
