  Every time I come to this Taco Bell, the wait is ridiculously long, even when the store isn't busy. It makes no sense to wait so long when there are hardly any customers. The slow service is frustrating and definitely needs improvement.

  there was a staff lady working tonight with horrible quality of attitude and disgust she was super aggressive and argumentative i placed an order & asked for three tacos she only gave me one… when i asked where’s the rest she gave me a nasty attitude and told me if i wanted more i have to go around when i looked at my order i asked for a customized order for my crunchwrap and she gave me the regular one and upcharged me anyways

  I’ve been going to this Taco Bell since it opened since I live like 2 blocks away. But holy, this place has gone downhill. The food quality is about the same but the wait times are RIDICULOUS. I have no idea if the staff is all new, or if the owner is cheap and decided to run a skeleton crew, but there’s no reason to wait in the drive thru line for 30 minutes when there’s only 6 cars there. It’s crazy. PRO TIP: use the Taco Bell app for your orders, then if they take too long, ask for a refund or free points. That’s the only way this location is going to learn. Despite the slow service, people are going to still come here so boycotting won’t work. Just make your voice heard on the app. Works for me.

  My friend and I stopped by Taco Bell recently, hoping for a quick dine-in experience, but it was a bit of a letdown. The place was completely empty except for us, which you'd think would mean fast service. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting an excessive amount of time for our food. We had planned to eat there, but the dining area was honestly a dump – super dirty, with crumbs all over the tables. It was also freezing cold inside, making it really uncomfortable for customers. To top it off, they didn't even provide any utensils or napkins. Definitely not the best visit.

  Every time I come to this Taco Bell, it's a disappointment. The wait times are ridiculously long, even when there are hardly any customers in the store. It shouldn't take so long to get an order when the restaurant is practically empty. The dining area is consistently dirty, with tables that haven't been wiped down and trash left behind. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The only reason I even stop here is because I use the nearby car charging ports, but unfortunately that convenience doesn't make up for the poor experience. Taco Bell should do a better job managing wait times and keeping the restaurant clean for customers.
