Additionally, the service—especially when ordering the $6 breakfast meal—was very disappointing. The staff member at the front was noticeably disrespectful. She snapped the receipt off the printer and tossed it toward me without even making eye contact. I understand that mornings can be busy and stressful, but customers are just trying to grab coffee and start their day. No one expects over-the-top friendliness, but the level of negativity and attitude was uncomfortable. It made the overall experience unpleasant

I’ve never had someone older than me act like an angry teen. Management needs to get involved because previous reviews have the same complaints. They need to do better… and on top of the it was the nastiest tasting coffee Ive had thus far.
