  An hour and 15 min before closing on a Friday night there’s no type of meat nor chicken. What’s going on here? For that close at 10pm

  I visited this location with my cousin, who had a valid free entrée reward that had not expired. Unfortunately, every time the reward was scanned, the POS system showed it as locked. While I understand technical issues can happen, the afternoon service manager on shift today made little to no effort to resolve the issue, offer an alternative solution, or accommodate the customer in any way. We ultimately paid for our food, so that was never the issue. As a former Chipotle employee myself, I know customer service standards should be much higher than what we experienced today. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving from management was extremely disappointing. I Wish I would've asked for her name. Yenny was our host, and this review is not directed toward her. My issue is specifically with the female manager on shift and the lack of leadership, accountability, and customer service shown during this interaction!

  The employees there weren't friendly at all. When asked to put more they gave us the only stare. Even when bought up the fact that the bowl were practically empty they just started chatting amongst like if we weren't in front of them. They were very rude and inappropriate.
