The food is consistently delicious. Delivery is hardly ever more than 30-40 min from order placement. I also love the loyalty program on their site. I've gotten $5 discounts as a repeat customer and for my bday.
Unfortunately, my first visit here will also be my last.
I came in shortly after opening, during my lunch break. The moment I mentioned wanting the bento box and asked about the lunch specials, the server's attitude noticeably changed. It honestly felt like she was frustrated that I wanted the less expensive lunch special instead of ordering items separately.
I initially ordered California rolls, then asked if they could simply be included in the bento box since they already come with it. I was told the order had already been put in, as if it couldn't be adjusted. It wasn't until I said I'd rather leave if it couldn't be changed that she suddenly "fixed it" and charged me for the bento box instead. It came across like the goal was to have me pay for the rolls separately while also getting them in the bento.
When my food arrived, the salad was missing and there were two scoops of rice in its place. After I asked about it, the chef actually removed one scoop of rice and I was eventually given the salad on the side. The server approached as if I was mistaken about not receiving the salad, even though it was obvious rice had been scooped out, the leftover rice was still sitting there.
Throughout the meal, I was never asked if everything tasted okay or if I needed anything. Instead, the server only came by to see if I was finished eating and then walked away without saying anything rather than a normal server who would ask if everything’s okay.
To top it off, the drinking glasses were covered in scratches and didn't appear very clean (as shown in photos), which didn't leave a great impression.
The food itself was decent, but customer service can completely change the experience. I left feeling like I was being pushed to spend more money rather than being treated like a valued customer. Unfortunately, because of the service and overall experience, I won't be returning.

I would rate this restaurant 0 stars if I could. This was my first time coming to this restaurant, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The first day I came, my food was done late — literally about two minutes before I had to go back to work. I had already been waiting around 30–40 minutes, so I didn’t even have enough time to sit down and enjoy my meal.
The next day, I decided to give it another try and placed a pickup order ahead of time so my food would be ready when I arrived. When we got there, one of the employees told us the order was only for pickup and walked away without really explaining anything. Another employee came over and told us that we couldn’t eat inside with a pickup order and that if we wanted to eat inside, we would have to order inside the restaurant. I said okay and was willing to do that, so I ordered a side of broccoli and drinks.
After that, the same woman came back and told us we still couldn’t eat there because it was “not a fast food place” and that it was a dine-in restaurant. I would have understood if the restaurant was full or busy, but there were only me and my coworker inside. She continued arguing with us even after I explained that the only reason I placed a pickup order was because the previous day my food was delayed and I didn’t have time to eat it.
She then explained that the delay happened because she had forgotten and that it was her first day working there. I explained that we didn’t know that and that we shouldn’t be penalized for something that was not communicated to us, especially since it was also our first time there and nobody explained this rule the day before.
After the situation escalated, we decided we would just take our pickup order and leave. However, when we went to get our food, they didn’t want to give us the order right away because they wanted to verify our name. While verifying the order is understandable, the attitude and the way the situation was handled felt unnecessary and made the experience even worse.
The food may be good, but the customer service and communication need improvement. A simple explanation from the beginning would have avoided this entire situation. Unfortunately, because of how we were treated, I don’t see myself returning.

This is one of the best fried rice Cantonese style ever, so good Ligth and dry not olily very good 100% recommend
The sushi is good too and the services phenomenal
