- PMPatrick Mulcahy4 days ago2.0I stopped going to this five guys because the fries are consistently under cooked. I'm not talking soggy, I mean under cooked raw potato. They have also prepared the wrong order for me more than once when Ive arrived for a pick up order. Way back burger is right across the street and does not have these problems. I go there now instead.

Reasonable price for the amount of food especially the fries which are my favorite with the malt vinegar. I have had bad experiences with other stores but this location is definitely changing my mind about starting to return again now! Great people, great service, and hot delicious food.

However, the food is awful: a) Fries are extremely soggy; b) The burgers are fair at best; & c) The buns are just below Wonder Bread quality. To add insult to injury, the prices for this high school cafeteria food are exorbitant. The walls of this joint are rather comical because they are plaster with past articles stating that they make the best burger on earth (ummm...not even close). In summary, bad food for ridiculous prices: there are at least 2 or 3 burger joints in the area that blow this place away and make some of the best burgers/fries I've ever tasted.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
