  The people who work here, I am convinced, cannot read because they are robots programmed to make the food as it is marketed. Each time I have ordered from this sonic on a food delivery app, specifically requesting “no cheese” on the order, the staff in their apparent mechanical perfection, create the most excellent version of the burger I ordered which appears on the menu, cheese and all. That’s the exact problem, they add the cheese. The receipt says “no cheese” and yet I sit here with a sandwich, with cheese on it. Now, normally this wouldn’t be an issue. You mate be wondering “How can getting a perfect burger that just so happens to have cheese on it, be such a bad thing?” Well, like I said, it wouldn’t be, except for the sad fact that I happen to have a DAIRY ALLERGY. And let’s not forget this is a restaurant so one would hope that the staff has at the very minimum been made aware of the seriousness of requests on orders. But that hope has been proven misplaced upon each order.
