  If I could put zero stars I would. Wasn’t able to order at the car side kiosk , drive through line at least 10 cars longs. And I watched employees come in out in pjs.

  I paid 1198 plus tax for you not to give me smash burger. I’m staying in parsippany hotel and I will be back for my number 1. I tried to call. Two people in line and I got shorten on my food. They were playing and joking. I EXPECT MY FOOD TO CORRECT ESPECIALLY COMING FROM OHIO. I will be in to file a complaint on Monday. Costing me my time and gas

  Me and my family LOVE sonic, but this location disappoints us mostly everytime. The chicken tenders are always over cooked, breading too hard to where half the tenders aren’t edible, and same for the chicken bites. We only order the smash burgers when we do add burgers, and there’s been plenty of times we’ve gotten regular thick burgers. Whether it’s Uber Eats or in person/drive through, there is ALWAYS something wrong with our order or something missing. Not 1 or 2 things messed up, but almost the whole order, CONSTANTLY. Last straw was in person, the drive through was too long so we ordered via pickup. The dragonfruit rechargers were like watered down redbull with a hint of juice (not sure how it was still a light shade of pink, which also gave a tell that the drink was off cause it’s suppose to be a darker pink) and the limeade we got for the kids was like sour club soda and we felt bad because the kids was complaining it was too sour and weird and we thought they were being dramatic until I tasted it and confirmed they weren’t. Our triple smasher was a double and missing the toppings we wanted, the double smasher had the toppings I DIDNT WANT in it and was missing the one I did want. I went back inside and there was no sort of apology or remorse, in fact I was met with annoyance and another long wait. When I order via Uber Eats, even worse, it’s like they just skim through the receipt and put what they want. I always have to end up contacting support. Again, we LOVE Sonic, but this location just can’t seem to get it right an after about 10 ruined orders and lunch/dinner and then this pick up situation… we’ve decided to just stop getting Sonic from here despite it being so close to home and a family fav. On a better note, the burgers always taste good despite toppings wrong and the dragonfruit recharger too when it’s made right. I understand there are many teens working in this location so I always give them patience and understanding even if I’m not met with proper customer service, cause I was once a teen working in a fast food spot learning too. Hopefully (if) we do try this location again, we’re not dissatisfied and/disappointed.
