  I waited over 2 hours for pizza that never came. Each time i called the story they told me the driver was on their way or they were waiting for someone to pick my food up. The first time my order left the store the driver stole the food when i contacted them they stopped answering and never delivered the food. It took OVER TWO HOURS FOR THEM TO SAY THEY WOULD NOT DELIVER THE FOOD. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!! I will be reaching out to corporate as well.

  I had a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Kero. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a friendly attitude and made me feel genuinely welcome. While taking my order, he took the time to explain the current deals and promotions, making sure I got the best value for my money. He also suggested some better options based on what I was ordering, which helped me make a better choice and save a little extra. His knowledge of the menu, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out. It's not often you receive customer service that feels this personal and attentive. Kero made the whole experience enjoyable, and I appreciate the excellent service he provided. I'll definitely be returning because of the positive impression he made.
