I placed an order for delivery around 1:00 a.m., and the estimated arrival time kept changing depending on which page I looked at. One page initially showed an estimated delivery time of 1:40 a.m., while the web browser showed 1:28 a.m. The tracking link then continued to display 1:40 a.m. before later updating to 1:56 a.m. Despite the changing estimates, I never received my order or any phone call or text explaining the delay or cancellation. When I tried calling the store, it had already closed, so there was no way to speak with anyone. Thankfully, I chose to pay on delivery rather than paying in advance. The first time this happened, Pizza Hut apologized and provided a complimentary order, which I appreciated. However, experiencing the same issue again is incredibly frustrating. Mistakes happen, but repeated failures to deliver orders—combined with a complete lack of communication—make it difficult to rely on this location. I hope they improve their order management and customer communication going forward.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Abanoub who helped me was professional, patient, and genuinely kind. They made sure my order was correct, took the time to answer my questions, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. It’s rare to come across service that makes you feel valued as a customer, but they absolutely delivered. Great food is one thing, but great people make the experience memorable—and that’s exactly what this visit was. I’ll definitely be coming back!
