I placed a take out order via the app. The app took order, deducted money - said order will be ready by 8:07 pm. Next I got an email saying order is ready for pick up. I drove 15 mins to the location. Got there at 8:20 pm to find it locked. Tried calling the number but just automated voice telling me store is open etc. this is frustrating and not good practice to waste customer’s time like this. I expect better or Panera.
