I had an absolutely awful experience at this McDonald’s location on October 30, 2026, around 6:06 AM. I placed a mobile order ahead of time for my family, expecting a quick and seamless pickup through the drive-thru. Instead, I was met with complete hostility from the employee taking my order—a middle-aged, heavy-set Hispanic woman with a bad red dye job who seemed entirely miserable to be there. When I tried to speak, she completely cut me off in a frustrated, dismissive tone and snapped, "I got it, i got it, pull up to the window." I decided to take the high road, took the food, thanked her, and wished her a nice day.
When I got home 15 minutes later, got comfortable, and sat down to enjoy breakfast with my mom, we realized the order was completely wrong. Instead of the two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits we paid for, there was only one biscuit and a completely unordered sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. Wanting to fix the meal we just spent $20 on, I stopped eating, got dressed, and drove another 15 minutes back to the restaurant.
When I arrived, a kind, younger employee had taken over the headset. She apologized, explained she had just started her shift, and took the incorrect bag to fix it. Suddenly, the rude red-haired woman flew out from the back, slid the window open, and aggressively demanded to know where the rest of the food was. I told her it was sitting on my dining room table getting cold because I had to waste my time driving back here. She rolled her eyes, slammed the window shut, and walked off with a sour attitude while barking orders at the younger employee.
When the polite employee handed me the corrected bag, I asked her for the red-haired woman’s name so I could leave a proper Google review. The poor girl looked genuinely terrified to answer and claimed she forgot her own supervisor's name. Overhearing this, the red-haired woman stepped in, paused, and gave me a fake name: "Virginia." She then turned around and yelled at the younger employee, claiming she had told her to apologize to me. I immediately interjected, letting her know that the drive-thru girl’s service was excellent, and that she was the one who owed me an apology.
Instead of taking accountability, "Virginia" started making endless excuses—blaming it on being alone and claiming the machine printed the wrong ticket for a simple three-item mobile order. We exchanged some heated words about her miserable attitude and lack of professionalism before I finally left.
To top off this absolute disaster of a customer service experience, I pulled up to a red light on my way home and checked the bag. Despite making me waste my time, gas, and energy to fix their mistake, they didn’t even bother to ensure the order was complete this time—they completely left out my hash browns.
I will absolutely never return to this location. If you visit, beware of "Virginia" or whatever her real name is. If you hate your job that much, quit—do not take your misery out on paying customers.
