  Great Dunkin with a clean environment, nice atmosphere, and friendly staff! Shoutout to Mariam for always making my coffee so good!! It’s the perfect coffee to start my day and puts me in a good mood for the whole day🧡💛

  Not sure what’s going on with the recipes but my drink is never like other locations. Barista today seemed personally offended my drink wasn’t made right??

  The lady working at this Dunkin’ was extremely rude and disrespectful. She has colored hair and is on the heavier side. I don’t normally leave reviews, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. Please look into this situation and consider having someone with better customer service skills interact with customers, especially since this location is near a school and in a very busy area. Her attitude is likely to drive customers away. I will not be returning because of this experience. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training so future customers are treated with respect.
