- VVViajeMay 24, 20261.0I would like to report an incident that occurred today at the Donkey Donuts location while I was picking up a DoorDash order. The store supervisor was shouting at and mistreating the employees in front of customers. Furthermore, she was the one who prepared my order incorrectly; the lid was not placed properly, and during the short trip—just a couple of blocks—the coffee spilled. When I went back a second time to notify the employee, I told her that I would pay for the order myself to avoid a conflict and protect my rating on DoorDash. However, the supervisor came with a bad attitude, shouting at the employee and also disrespecting me. This creates a toxic work environment and a very negative customer experience. Additionally, I want to add that I had to pay for the second order myself due to the supervisor’s attitude. I request that this case be formally reviewed and that appropriate actions be taken.

My 9 year old daughter wanted to spend her money on a coolata and munchkins so she gave $10 cash and rest was supposed to be put on my card. The lady clearly pocketed the $10 bill and charged my card the full price when she clearly asked “do the $10 first and the rest on your card?” So she knew how to do the transaction. It was early on our way to school drop off and I was given no reciept I just checked my card transactions this morning and see the $21 charge. Definitely beware and don’t give them cash they’re desperate out here! I know this is Newark but Jeeze stealing from children?!?! WILD CRAZY managers also check your banks often and make sure the person signed into the registers are the correct people using them cause if they stealing from kids they definitely stealing from the store as well!
