Only when the manager is there the service is good. I just go there because it’s closet to my house but I’ve consider traveling farther just to get better service.

When I got to the window, I asked if she was having to man the store alone. ( would have accepted the attitude had that been the case.) but no, her fellow employee was in the parking lot arguing with what seemed to be her boyfriend, while there was a full line of cars waiting in the drive-through. Extremely unprofessional. Every time I come to this Dunkin, somebody has a bad attitude. If you don’t like customer service, don’t work in the industry 😬 and definitely learn to leave your problems at home rather than letting them follow you to work. TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK
