The staff messed up my order as well as other customers’ orders, and instead of taking responsibility and fixing the mistakes, they gave everyone attitude. The staff was extremely rude, disrespectful, and acted as if customers were the problem. Mistakes happen, but how you handle those mistakes says a lot about your customer service. There was no apology, no professionalism, and no basic courtesy toward the customers standing there trying to get what they paid for. I have never had a problem with an employee making a mistake, but I do have a problem with being treated disrespectfully because of THEIR mistake. Watching other customers receive the same attitude was even more disappointing. Management seriously needs to address the customer service at this location. Being busy or having a bad day does not give employees an excuse to disrespect paying customers. I will definitely think twice before coming back.

The kiosk accepted the order and charged us. Staff finally stopped ignoring us long enough to tell us our order didn't go through on their end. The staff then became rude and hostile and refused to help us when we asked if they were going to refund our money or make us our order. One employee began yelling at us in a condescending tone before telling her coworker to take care of us because she didn't want to.
