I walked in with my son said good morning I saw a young lady look at me but continued her conversation. Waited another minute and said excuse me and still ignored. We walked out. Please respect your customers some of us really need that coffee in the morning. Please so better.

One of the drinks was a simple Americano, and the employee at the register repeated “Americano” back to me several times, so I thought the order was clear. However, I was initially charged for a macchiato instead, and from what I could tell, they had already started preparing it before the mistake was corrected. I also specifically asked several times for two sugars to be added to the Americano. After the order was corrected, I still had to wait an unusually long time for it. Around five customers who ordered after me received their drinks first, including customers with similar coffee orders. When I finally received my Americano, the sugar had not been added despite my repeated request. The iced latte, on the other hand, was understood and prepared correctly without any issues. I also asked to use the restroom because I urgently needed it, but I was told it was temporarily unavailable. I understand that restrooms can occasionally be out of service, but combined with the extended wait for my order, this caused significant inconvenience. I had nowhere else nearby to go, and by the time I was finally able to find another restroom, I had been waiting so long that I was experiencing stomach pain. Overall, what should have been a very simple order became unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. I hope this location improves its attention to order accuracy, customer requests, and overall service.

All the other DD in the area they make it the way I asked, with the prices we have to pay.We should get what we pay for😡
