  I almost never leave reviews, but I had to warn people about this place. If you value your health, do not eat here. I’d rather go hungry than ever eat at this Smashburger again. My relative ate here while visiting me in November 2025 and woke up the next morning with severe diarrhea. At the time, I didn’t think much of it. Then on June 19, 2026, I ordered a burger and fries from this same location. For the next seven days, I had severe stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. I couldn’t keep food down and became so dehydrated that I ended up in urgent care receiving IV fluids. I tested positive for rotavirus. I haven’t been that sick in years. I’m convinced I got sick from this Smashburger. I live alone, work remotely most days, rarely go out, and Smash burger was the only fast-food restaurant I ate at that week. I’m also extremely careful about handwashing and hadn’t had a stomach virus in over 12 years. I contacted Smashburger, and after “investigating,” they claimed everything met their safety standards and offered me a free meal. Honestly, why would I go back after spending a week sick and ending up in urgent care on IV fluids? No thanks. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If this Smashburger were my only option, I’d rather starve. Eat here at your own risk.

  Unfortunately it has gone downhill. Place was dirty, service was OK but the food is now subpar. Not worth the $

  Do not come here if you’re in a rush. It took over 25 minutes for us to get an order filled. 2 burgers , one with cheese and one without. There are 5 tables occupied in this place. The three people making the food are the slowest I’ve ever seen and the poor lady manning the register and bussing the food is all over the place. The orders come out piecemeal ! I waited an additional 5 minutes to get my order after my friend got his. I literally saw her visit a table 4 times, once for each person that had ordered. I get it if we ordered separately but we didn’t. Fix your process guys it’s so inefficient. The bathroom is also terrible. The toilet doesn’t flush and the faucet is completely loose and disconnected from the vanity. I highly so BOT recommend coming here.
