  (REPORTED TO HEADQUATERS) I have been going to this McDonald's for decades till today. I went through drive through and had to wait additional time at the third window for them to prepare it. The woman who gave me my food already had attitude. I kindly asked if I was given extra ketchup, her remark "look in the bag" I asked may I have some more qith utininsels (I didn't even get to finish my sentence and she slammed the window with attitute, her name was Lindy). I immediately went inside, took this up with the manager (Calvin) who did NOTHING about this and did even offer money back. I told him im addressing this to headquarters. I called headquarters, they expedited this situation due to the lack professionalism. They told me to go inside and get my money back they are getting in touch with the owner. I went in the manager Calvin and asked for reinbursment. He asked me to wait as he called his supervisor (Tod). They made me RETURN MY FOOD to get a refund. I did give them back the food. However the condescending attitude of that employee should have been addressed then and handed with professionalism by the manager with my experience. I will NEVER go back due to the employee and the unprofessionalism of the Manager. They have messed up my orders many times through drive-through as well, where I have to check the bag before leaving. If u have experienced this, please call headquarters. They need to know this is ongoing as im reading in the comments.

  This McDonald’s has been there for over 50 years. It always gets updated and is always clean. Friendly and respectful staff.

  My whole friend group got large fries but got us small versions and refused to give refunds this happened multiple times misery

  You have to double check you got everything you ordered. They often missed something in your bag. This morning I grab the bag and didn't open to check. After getting to my house, I found the chicken sandwich is missed. Good I live 5 min away so I can come back to get it. This happened multiple times. They are not trustworthy. Horrible service!
