  I hesitated to leave a negative review because I truly believe in having a business try to correct a situation privately. I placed an order on June 6 for a dozen strawberry jelly donuts. A friend likes these specific donuts and I ordered them for her. For the THIRD time in the past year, the order was not filled. The first two occasions, I was given several excuses why the orders were not completed. Each time, I had to follow up to receive a refund. The order for June 6 was not filled and when I went to the store, the attendant called the manager (who seems to never be in the actual store), and had me wait there for 10 minutes while he filled Door Dash orders. Finally, I asked what was the response from the manager and was told there was nothing he could do and I would recieve a refund. I have since called back 3x, manager is not there, manager left at 12, manager will be back Friday (6.19). We love the donuts, but your customer service is terrible and there is no accountability or management in this store. Truly disappointed because I believe in supporting our area businesses. Do better.

  Typically I’m a big fan of Glazed. Today however the girl working the am shift was counting money in the register when I walked in. She didn’t bother to change her gloves when she touched all of the donuts. After I left she continued to count money with the same gloves. That was completely unsanitary. I will be taking a little break from them now.

  Used to love their donuts but It went down in quality significantly. Tried bunch today but wasn’t happy with any especially for the price . Dubai was garbage the filling was over whipped butter with few pcs of dry kadayif had no smell or taste aside from butter wish I took a picture of it . Even Italian rainbow lost its colors very dissatisfied overall not worth the price at all .

  Glaze Donuts (Located in Madison Plaza) 358 River Rd. New Milford, NJ 07646 Maple Bacon Donut Ring Ding Donut Located in this mini strip mall is an independent artisan donut chain. They a diverse variety of gourmet donuts. The only problem I had was having to choose because I wanted to explore them all. These are a couple of the donuts I selected: Maple Bacon: Originally, I was hesitant about combining a breakfast meat with a pastry. As soon as I took my first bite, I instantly fell in love with this unique creation. It had a sweet and salt taste. If you decide to try the maple bacon, you’ll have to wait until the weekend because it isn’t available Monday through Friday. Ring Ding: This is identical to a Hostess Ring Ding. The inside is plentifully filled with chantilly cream. It is rich and very sweet; supplementing a glass of milk is highly recommended. There is a small dining area, which seats about 6-8 customers. There is a decent amount of parking in the front and back of the strip mall. If you have a sweet tooth, this is the perfect place.
