- JBJaniah Btoday5.0My favorite Dunkin! I have been going here for years, since I was a kid! I always order under my middle name “Rose” and they know my name and order by my face! The staff is always so sweet and kind. 🩷
- GBGARRY BHULLAR6 days ago5.0Great experience at Dunkin! The service was really quick and the staff was friendly and polite. I ordered a caramel iced coffee and a Boston cream donut - both were perfect. No long wait, order was accurate, and prices are fair. Will definitely be back
- IMIMAGINATOR MirandaOct 3, 20261.0Worst customer service I've ever had. I placed an order friday overnight and when I arrived, the man in shift abruptly talked and handed me the order. He was mad for no reason. I'll stop ordering in the meantime.
- CBCj BrownSep 19, 20261.0Debated even rating becuase I have worked a few minutes away for years and often come here for breakfast and or right after work for my long drive home. Most of the staff especially the gentlemen in the morning older Indian gentlemen with the glasses provided impeccable amazing customer service. With all of this being said a few minutes after 4pm yesterday this young woman who've I've unfortunately encountered taking my order and payment at the window whom I presume is NEW or has been there and is now at the window has THEE WORST customer service!!! Attitude, hesitant to scan my phone/take payment as if it's a hassle, no hello or thank you , forgets half the order, playing on her phone , facial expressions blatantly obvious that she doesn't care etc etc.... Unfortunately I lost my receipt with her name on it but a few minutes after 4pm yesterday and I believe this past Wednesday as well HORRIBLE. I'm a regular customer for YEARS 2-3 times weekly GET RID OF HER ASAP!!!!! Yesterday ( Friday) she forgot the donut I got for my child I intended to give my child once I picked them up from school and the other staff had to signal her because I was still at the window which I intentionally waited to see how long she would notice me but her nonchalant ass was on the phone!!!! Signed a disgruntled CUSTOMER!!!!!
