- THTayyaba HafeezAug 17, 20261.0Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. The employees were incredibly rude, disrespectful, and openly yelling at customers. While I was waiting, another customer politely asked how much longer her order would take, and instead of simply answering her, an employee yelled that it would take even longer. The customer ended up leaving without her order. The employees were also arguing among themselves in front of customers, which made the entire environment uncomfortable. At one point, I accidentally picked up the wrong order, and instead of politely letting me know, an employee yelled at me and then loudly announced the mistake to the other employees. It was completely unnecessary and extremely embarrassing. Customers should not be treated this way, especially over simple questions or honest mistakes. The lack of professionalism and basic respect from the staff was honestly disturbing. Management seriously needs to address how employees communicate with and treat their customers.

They lied and said their bathroom wasn't working, didnt want them to sit inside, didn't want to initially take their order and only did because they where being very nice. SHAME on this establishment.
