  Came late at night - huge line of cars, the young man at window one working the late night shift at 12:26 was great. He was processing the orders and taking payments for 2 drive-up kiosks. great tone, speedy service - did his best to keep up with many orders at once. Disappointed that his coworker at window 2 (handing out the food) didn’t even know his name.

  I went to McDonald's last week. And I ordered the number (9) meal The girl's accent was kind of thick and i listened closely. She asked me what kind of drink and I said a Diet Coke she kept saying milk and i kept saying no Diet Coke. when I got to the window to pay, the guy handed me a milk. I said, no I ordered a number (9) meal with a Diet Coke, he looked at the receipt, and he said, with his thick accent milk, I said, no I ordered a Diet Coke. I've been to this one multiple times I work right around the corner. I finally went inside, and the manager came up to me and I explained to them that I ordered a number (9) medium with a Diet Coke and the guy is trying to hand me a milk and not listening as the girl who took my order. They apologized and gave me my diet Coke. But my question is, if you don't know how to speak English properly to deal with your customers, then why are you there? Both the girl and the guy looked at me as if I had 3 heads, they couldn't understand what I was saying.So why would anyone expect me to understand them? what they were saying? If you'll hire people that dont Speak english , why would you put somebody at the window who doesn't know how to communicate.? And by the way , this is the 3rd time this has happened to me.
