  Amber served us- such a happy, good experience getting coffee. She was kind and cheerful. I don’t normally write reviews, but this one is worth mentioning. Seems so many places and people have shirked off customer care- not Amber! Thankful for people like you. God bless.

  This Dunkin is right down the street from my house so I still go sometimes as a last resort but my god the amount of bad experiences I’ve had is insane. This one time set me off basically, I give my order over the speaker and tell them I want a cold brew with butter, pecan and cream, and I didn’t see the “butter pecan” on the screen so when I went up to the drive-through window, I make it a point to ask the lady if there’s butter pecan in it and she said yes and rudely shoved my card, my food and my drink at me and then I was on the parkway and it was the worst tasting coffee I’ve had in my life. I was so pissed off. Trashy and miserable people working here

  I was getting a coffee for my brother who is in rehab. I usually don't go to Dunkin (I make my own special coffees) he absolutely loves DD, but I'll have to say at 71 and not going to buy coffee I was kind of overwhelmed with ordering through these new preorder machines. What ever happened to walking up and ordering a coffee? Accents are getting hard to understand. I did it for my brother, I'll never buy DD anything myself.

  I saw a long line at the drive thru this so I parked my car and went up to the door. It was locked! The hours on the door indicated that it was supposed to be open. I banged on the glass to tell the employees to let me in but they motioned for me to use the drive thru. This is not a drive thru only location. It's MY choice as a customer to go inside to order if I want to. I was denied service.
