In addition we stood there waiting to place an order for 3 minutes before another staff member stated that their register was out of service ,and had place our order through the kiosk. Second time at this location & last. Customer service is very poor.

I even had to stop my children from purchasing after school. I can just imagine how they treat the kids if me as an adult complaining. #1. They don’t like my type of people. #2. They don’t greet you when you walk in & please don’t greet them all five of them look at you like you’re crazy for speaking. #3. Food always cold. #4. The young lady got mad at me because I wanted a bag for two of my sandwiches even though I walked in to order. #5. A friend of my child recorded a whole conversation of three of the workers for 45 minutes after school before practice as they were sitting eat😢Lord how mercy this recording is real wow I’m thinking should I post it on corporate website! I can continue naming things, but I’mma stop right there because that 45 minute video clip tells it all I wish I can post it on this website here.

Its early afternoon, no one else in the drive-tru and only a couple people inside. Seems like working while at the job is not something they want to do at this location
