They got my drink wrong three times because the people don't even know what's on the menu. But also there is a language barrier with non-native English speakers. I go to different dunkins all the time and I've never had this horrible of an experience. When I finally did get my drink it doesn't even taste right like they used the right amount of syrup.

Liquid just covered much of the inside flooring. Staff further stated that this was normal for Fridays, but this was a Tuesday. I followed by asking if the owner is aware to which there was minimal positive response.
