  Did this location recently hire a brand new staff? Or different management possibly? Have always enjoyed but hasn’t been as good the past few times I’ve gone. Staff are not the typical faces I would always see too.

  We ordered a hoagie tray from PrimoHoagies to celebrate Nurses Week, and everything turned out great. The online ordering process was really easy, and I was able to customize the tray directly through the website so there was something for everyone. I especially appreciated that they went the extra mile to separately package the veggie hoagies from the meat selections. It was a thoughtful touch that made things much easier for our group. The food was fresh, well prepared, and a big hit with the staff. Just wanted to give a shout out for genuinely good service and attention to detail.

  Be cautious ordering from this location. The corporate manager on duty, Joe, was wearing the same gloves while touching various surfaces around the store, assisting with DoorDash orders, and then helping train on the food line while preparing hoagies. When I brought this to his attention, he became hostile and dismissive, showing no concern for proper food safety. Even more concerning, he attempted to keep a sandwich that had been contaminated instead of immediately throwing it away. When I asked what he did with it, he became upset and made a remark like, “What do you want me to do with it?”, which should be obvious THROW IT AWAY! This experience showed a clear lack of professionalism and disregard for basic hygiene and food safety standards. Horrible !

  Not as good as the rest in the area like Cinnaminson and Mt Laurel. Honestly they just need to bake the bread longer because it’s always doughy and no crunch.

  Watched guy take my order, go to where sandwiches are made touch his phone withthe gloves on then preceed to make my sandwich with the same glove that he's done touching his phone with. This is unsanitary and nasty. Focus on customers order first and leave the call phone alone! I won't be coming back and I suggest anyone who cares about cleanliness don't eat here either.
