  I’ve had two orders messed up in a row. The second time they changed my cheese sticks to breadsticks and didn’t give us the stuffed crust we ordered. Pretty disappointed since we paid extra for both.

  I order a pizza with pepperoni and steak. they give me a vegan pizza🙄. I reorder chicken wing through DoorDash to get the remake pizza， and they give me the wrong pizza Again！！ They forgot to put pepperoni 😡. This will be the last time I order through this store.

  Whoever made this pizza , just threw the toppings on there with no regard, all in the middle of one pizza, and I asked for well done and these two pizzas are both soggy . Whoever made these needs training

  We ordered a pizza at 6:50pm . After an hour of waiting for our order to be delivered, we finally called and was placed on hold for 25 mins. After being on hold for so long , we still did not receive a status on our order so we just hung up . It got to the point where we had to go buy food elsewhere because we were starving and it was getting late . 3 hours has gone by this time and we tried to call them again to get a refund. This time someone finally answered the store phone and said their oven broke down and they canceled all of the orders . They supposedly said someone called but we did not receive a phone call . Absolutely ridiculous

  If I could rate 0 I would. I ordered online (from the parking lot) 2 pizzas and garlic bread sticks and went in to check an update about 5 mins after (knowing I was pushing it but tested my luck) of course they told me they just put my food in the oven so I went back to my car, this made sense. Immediately after sitting in my car, I get the notification on the app that my food is ready for pick up - I go in and the lady says 7-8 more mins. Okay, return and she nervously laughs and says in a very low voice we had to remake one of your pizzas, I couldn't hear her so I said "excuse me" with a slight attitude because I am frustrated at this point so she said it again louder and with no reason as to why they needed to remake it. At this point I just angrily waited there and did not go back to my car, not wanting to complain and them tampering with my food. They bring me my food and the pizzas were okay and the garlic bread sticks - SMH NO GARLIC AND BARELY A LICK OF BUTTER! Basically plain bread sticks. Worse experience ever & food not even worth it smfh. I will never go to this location again.
