As another reviewer mentioned, the heavyset black manager is extremely rude. I don’t know how she still has a job there or the owner just doesn’t care. I’ve had multiple instances where she was rude to me, and this afternoon was the last straw where I vow I will not go to this location anymore and deleted my app. I’ll highlight each instance below: 1) I ordered food through the app and picked it up at the counter. She threw the bag at me. When I got home, I did the survey attached to the bag which led to her retaliating each time I’d come in. 2) I was standing in the front lobby waiting for my food as she was bringing someone else’s food to their table, and without an “excuse me” walked into me as she walked by. She had plenty of room to get by me. 3) I ordered off of the kiosk this afternoon and she was the one who brought my food to my table. I purposely said “thank you”. Finally a nice interaction as she did say you’re welcome. However, when I went to use my ice cream cone reward, I accidentally sent it to the wrong location. I asked if it’s possible to cancel the order. She told me how but I didn’t see the way she told me to do it on the app. She grew impatient and left me high and dry and didn’t bother to check to see if I was able to cancel it. Again, I believe this was retaliatory. This woman is very nasty and if this is the face of customer service that this location wants, then I’ll pass. She should have been fired a while ago. I will never step foot in this location again.

I normally never leave reviews like this, but I feel it’s important to speak up and advocate for people who may already be having a difficult day. I don’t know the personal situations of the employees working night shift, and they certainly do not know mine. I am currently postpartum, exhausted, and sometimes getting out of the house late at night for a quick snack is one of the few moments I get to breathe. Unfortunately, almost every late-night visit to this McDonald’s comes with extremely poor customer service and unnecessary attitudes from the staff. I understand the fast food industry can be stressful and demanding, especially during late hours. However, choosing to take frustrations out on customers is unacceptable. People come in for food, not to be spoken to rudely or treated like an inconvenience. Tonight, my husband and I stopped by while trying to get our daughter to sleep in the car. We asked for cookies, and due to pure sleep deprivation, there was a misunderstanding in communication. When the employee asked how many cookies we wanted, my husband mistakenly thought she meant how many packs, since the cookie pack comes with three cookies. He initially answered “one,” then quickly realized the confusion and clarified by asking, “Wait, it comes with three, right?” We fully acknowledge the miscommunication was our mistake. However, the employee with red hair immediately responded in a louder, sarcastic tone over the speaker, saying, “Nooo, that’s why I asked you how many you wanted.” There was absolutely no reason for the rude tone or disrespect. A simple clarification would have solved the issue professionally. Instead, the interaction felt hostile for no reason at all. Customer service matters, regardless of the time of day. You never know what someone is going through, and basic kindness and patience cost nothing. If employees are unhappy serving customers, then management seriously needs to address the environment and professionalism being displayed during night shifts because this has become a repeated experience.

Granted, I did come at 2:20am. When I went to order I had to repeat myself 3 times and during this interaction, she was speaking to someone in the background. When I drove around. I noticed a line. She came to the window and told me to back my car up. And then proceeded to yell out the window at the car infront of me to reverse. Once I finally got to the second window which was at 2:35am. 15 minutes! I asked for extra sauce, she snatched the bag back and threw the sauce in the bag. The food was below warm. For waiting this long I would expect the food to be fresh as the only reason I should wait this long is because of the time it takes to prepare and cook the food.

I stopped by here on the way back home from a short weekend trip. This restaurant welcomed me with open arms and offered some of the best food I had had in months. I ordered a deluxe mccrispy and two snack wraps. The chicken was crispy on the outside and immensely juicy on the inside. I shared it with my friends who vehemently agreed that the chicken was some of the best they had encountered at this franchise. The service was fantastic and there was no wait. I will be back!
