  I am beyond frustrated with this McDonald's location. My mother left her wallet inside during a quick stop on our drive to Newark Airport. After we realized it was missing, we called and returned multiple times. Despite our efforts, they claimed no one had turned it in and refused to check the security cameras, saying they weren't working. This is completely unacceptable-if the cameras can't work, how can they be trusted at all? I will never return and will be warning others about this terrible service.

  The inside is pretty nice but if you go through the drive thru they ALWAYS get my order wrong I come here a lot and not once have I gone thru the drive thru and had them get my order right I always try to be polite because I know it’s not there fault and their job is hard enough but they are SO nasty when you confront them about it

  This is my favorite McDonalds by far! The staff is always so pleasant, especially the older man who I assume is a manager! He is so friendly and always has a positive attitude that keeps me coming back! He definitely needs to be paid more for his constant hard work and great service! The food comes out quick and is always hot! I love to sit in and eat my food because it’s always good vibes!
