- AFAndie FlorealJun 1, 20262.0And Mohammed squeezed his teeth. I had a frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ location. While placing my order, I was trying to make sure my rewards were applied correctly. I repeatedly explained that my rewards had not been used, but the employee continued processing the transaction without addressing my concern. Another employee, Mohammed, appeared irritated by my questions, rolled his eyes, and squeezed his teeth while I was simply trying to understand what happened with my rewards. A second employee was called over and incorrectly told me there were no rewards available on my account. Because no one took the time to properly look into the issue, I had to go inside and ask for a manager. The manager ultimately refunded my money, confirming that my concern was valid from the beginning. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and the way my concerns were dismissed. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are trying to resolve an issue with their order and rewards account.

I have also heard multiple accounts of people of color experiencing discrimination at this location, which is deeply concerning. When I arrived the lobby door was locked even though it said the lobby opened at 5. I knocked for a minute but no one noticed. I then called them and it went to voicemail. Eventually I continued to knock and finally a woman came to open the door. She didn’t say sorry. She didn’t say good morning. Nothing. I walked over to the mobile pickup and my order wasn’t ready and I was ignored for a couple more minutes. I finally got my order. Yikes!
