- BBBreana BhaleshaSep 15, 20261.0This was the second incident of deceiving from the driver thru employees. 1.If you pay with your credit debit card the drive thru is adding tips to your order. I thought it was an accident/mistake until today 2. If you use you mobile app with a gift card they are adding tips. I placed a mobile order asked for a cup of ice they said it’s 0.53 fine. No problem I had 2.43 left on my card. They charged 1.83 for a cup of ice?! I’ve given this location 3 chances because of the location next to the college however I will need to find a new location.

The croissants used for the breakfast sandwiches weren’t fresh. We were on the highway and couldn’t go back. We would’ve been better off going to Wawa. Never again.

When I got to the window, the employee asked if I had cash, and I told her I was paying with Apple Pay. She rolled her eyes and handed me the card reader. When the tip screen appeared, I selected $0 and completed my payment. After seeing that I did not leave a tip, she looked at the screen, said something to another employee in their language, and they both looked at me. I was then told to pull forward because they would bring my coffee out to me. I found the entire interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially since I have never been asked to pull forward and wait for a simple iced coffee before. The employee’s attitude and behavior made me feel as though I was being treated differently because I chose not to leave a tip.

I never get receipts but she gave me one and tipped herself. It was only $1.58 but how many cars go threw that drive threw a day???
