You ask for something extra and you’re immediately given attitude, that or they won’t listen even when you are more than willing to pay for the extra food. The prices are higher than they used to be which is going to happen, but the food portions have stayed the same. Fill up my bowl or I don’t want it. The reason I keep coming back is because I enjoy the flavors and USED to like the consistency of this chain. It’s no longer the same place I grew up enjoying with my family. I know this seems excessive for me to write such a long review for a chain restaurant, but that’s how disappointing this was. Horrible customer service and terrible quality of rice for this order. It’s old and hard. 0/10.
