- PPPBMay 6, 20261.0On 28 April 2026, I visited the 3109 Route 38 Chipotle restaurant. The chicken and brown rice was terrible. It had no flavor and didn't taste fresh like other Chipotle locations. For the first time, I threw my chipotle chicken bowl away uneaten. Also, please make sure the guacamole is flavorful and is fresh (not black in appearance). Thank you

The lid was also poorly closed and would’ve easily opened while taking the food out of the bag, this is with a half-empty bowl by the way! With this level of quality, service level and value, even a BOGO entree deal won’t make me return. Really puts the “slop” in slop bowl.

The contents of the burrito were not mixed prior to folding, so every bite was the same until the next layer. Chipotle quality and taste have gone down hill.
