Either something is missing from my order, or I am given the completely wrong thing, missing drink, etc. The locations at Nixon Dr or Delran are MILES better than this place. In terms of quality of food, politeness and speed of staff, and overall service. Do not recommend this location whatsoever- coming from a local resident.

- LWLora WebsterJun 3, 20264.0I enjoyed dinner here with a friend. We ordered separately. We both had Combo #1 with upgraded beverage to a Frosted Coffee. Neither of us had problems with our orders. The man behind the counter who took our orders was pleasant, happy and beyond helpful. He cheerfully brought us both our meals. The waffle fries were full, hot and not overly salted, the sandwich was adequate sized for the bun and hot. Both were delicious. And the Frosted Coffee was amazing. We both enjoyed our meals and beverages. Before we left, we both ordered meals to take home for our families. I ordered 2 #1 meals to go with Coke Zeros without ice. The counter was soaked with a combination of water and red HI-C. There was a different man who waited on me. He looked like he didn’t want to be there and was not as pleasant as the first server who helped us. He handed me my two sodas overloaded with ice. So I reminded him, they were without ice and he slowly corrected it. He then walked away with a pack of wipes to wipe a table clean. Yet left my friend standing at the counter to order her to go meal. He came back and I was still standing waiting for my food. I said while you have the wipes in your hand, you should wipe this wet and sticky counter down. He looked at me like what mess? So I had to point to it entirely as he was prepared to just wipe a small part of it. Yes, the red Hi-C stained the white counter. So it had been sitting there for a bit. So as I waited for what seemed like forever to get my food, I watched many meals after me go out. Finally I watched my meal being removed from a bag and put on a tray and finally given to the man who took my order. He never checked on why my meals and my friend’s meal were taking so long. He started to give me the tray and I said those are to go. So once again my meals were bagged and handed to me. No apologies for taking so long. And the waffle fries were half filled. My friend had the same experience after me. So my meals were no longer hot and we watched her meal to be taken from a bag to a tray and back to a bag. And no apologies for the delay or the excessive handling of her meal as well. Definitely totally different experiences within an hour’s time.
