  On a few occasions I have stopped at the Lumberton McDonald's early in the morning (3:30ish) on my way to work. It takes about 5 minutes before anyone waits on you and the service has always been very unpleasant. You just know the person does not want to be there.

  Every time i come here there’s somebody at the speaker box with an attitude. asked the woman at the box if i should give her my code over the speaker or use it at the window to redeem my reward. her response was “yeah, that’s why i asked if you were using the mobile app.” and then continued to be much less than kind for the rest of the order, rushing me, talking so fast i couldn’t understand her, and then sending me on my way. rude. if you don’t want to work here, get a new job!

  A few bad apples in the crew. Attitudes for no reason. The shift manager was trying his best. Lots of standing around in the kitchen while the dining room and trash were in dismay. Alarms blaring in the kids play place. The elderly were complaining about the noise but the crew was lacking urgency to remedy the issue. I would use the survey code to submit a complaint, but I didnt receive a receipt with my purchase, nor was I asked if I wanted one.

  The girl at the drive thru recently barely acknowledged me. Someone need to discuss proper edicate.
