It was a matter of about 3 minutes. I was told to file a police report and there was no one to look at security camera. I am 83 years old now with no license, credit cards and no money (&300). I shop there each week as I have for years along with prescriptions at their drug store. There was no concern and I left there without any concern as I was visibly upset. I expected some contact with mgt and security. I am alone with no family and no support.

Well I never picked up my order & never received a refund. Acme’s customer service is like being part of the twilight zone. The same representative answers the phone each time & is so rude. She was unable to help me with this request. Unlike other large conpanies like Amazon and Target, Acme is not willing to go out of their way for customers. She said there was nothing she could do to help. Her tone was rude. She wasn’t even apologetic that Acme stole my money.

Once my son arrived home i was able to reach an associate in the home shopping department ( an angel )by the name of Mary who understood the situation and assured me it would be delivered tonight. Within the hour i heard a knock at the door and to my surprise, it was my angel Mary!!!. She delivered the groceries personally!!! Thanks Mary for such great customer service and for delivering fresh groceries.
