- GGGaeton Grasso5 days ago1.0Joke of a restaurant. Staff forgot a pizza in my order. Tried calling to report the pizza missing and then sat on hold for 30 minutes for them never to return. Asked to be transfered to corporate and they didn't answer for 15 minutes. If you're going to get pizza, just go anywhere else. Not pizza hut, and definitely not from this location. The whole place smelled like weed to boot, disgusting. The only thing that made the experience slightly better was Dylan. He was extremely apologetic. His skills would be better suited elsewhere.

I have been waiting for over 55 minutes to receive my order. During this time, I have not received any clear information about the status of the order, and the staff's attitude has been extremely indifferent and rude. As a DoorDash delivery person, time is very important to me. Such a long wait results in both financial loss and decreased customer satisfaction. The delay and staff behavior are unprofessional and unacceptable. I request that this situation be investigated, necessary warnings and adjustments be made, and measures be taken to prevent similar problems from recurring. I am sending this message to Pizza Hut officials so that their employees treat customers more politely and orders are delivered faster.
