  The manager frank i have to say is the rudest most unprofessional person i have ever met he should not even be stocking shelves at nite let alone be a manager that has to deal with customers FRANK is the definition of poor customer service stop n shop should be ashamed to have FRANK employed at there company and represent there company as a manager FRANK became very rude threatening and lied then went as far to say as he will make sure things go his way if corporate is called FRANK is rude unprofessional and frankly became almost violent definitely scared my grandmother we shop here all the time well let me say we used to shop here all the time the only way this customer and her family are returning is if we find out FRANK was fired...

  I swear I am not making this up... We were there this past Sunday and I was pushing the shopping cart through the aisles when I thought I was getting zapped or something from the cart in my hands and arms. Thinking that's not possible, we continued through the store only to keep getting shocked from the cart. Not little shocks either - like 9V battery shocks that actually hurt like hell and got to the point where I yelled out a few times. Still thinking I was making it up, my wife mentions this to the checkout woman who's response was, "oh yeah we know. It's been happening for years". WHAT!?! People getting shocked for years!? Crazy...! The store is also a mess. The shelves are sloppy, they don't carry a lot of common things SR has and the store overall is dirty and cluttered. Needless to say, never going back - unless I feel like some more shock-therapy.

  Nolans a great guy. Definetly lights the place up. Definetly would reccomend you to go there just to talk to him. Overall, lots of things to shop for, good selection of groceries, and yeah, Nolan is just a good person man, helped out my friends check out when the store was already closed, and helped out around the store a lot more, even when he was busy with something, great guy honestly. Nolan has set a great example of how customer service should be. Most of the staff are like Nolan, but man, Nolan is just on another level. Overall, nice and friendly staff, ive had no issues with anything or anyone in the store, and wish to never have any. Thank you Nolan and other staff for being such wonderful people.
