  Don’t even get me started with this location. Absolutely terrible experience at this Chipotle. I waited close to 15 minutes before anyone even attempted to acknowledge me or take my order. From there, the experience only got worse. I had to repeat myself multiple times about what I wanted in my burrito, and they STILL kept putting the wrong ingredients in. Then they would dump the ingredients back into the container and add something else. It was extremely sloppy and frustrating. The portions were beyond ridiculous, some of the smallest portions I’ve ever received at Chipotle. One of the most concerning things I saw was an employee checking the temperatures of the food with a thermometer. He would stick the thermometer into one food, not clean or sanitize it, and then immediately put it into another food. For example, I watched him put it into the beans, then the sour cream, and then the pico de gallo. That was extremely concerning and completely unacceptable from a food safety standpoint. The restaurant was also very dirty and clearly not being kept clean. Food was getting mixed together all over the counter, and my burrito was being pushed through all the excess food left on the counter. Random ingredients and other food ended up getting into my burrito, which was completely unacceptable. By the end of the experience, I was extremely angry. The service was awful, the food preparation was sloppy, the portions were terrible, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. I paid for a meal that I was incredibly disappointed with, and I will not be returning to this location. I want a full refund. This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had.

  I ordered a bowl and clearly asked for half-and-half meat. After that, the employee made the entire bowl with steak and asked me if I wanted double meat. I said yes because I understood that she was referring to the half-and-half portion I had originally requested. I was then charged extra for the double meat. When I brought the issue up with the employees, instead of trying to understand or resolve the situation, they were dismissive and had an attitude with me. I was left standing there for about 10 minutes waiting for the manager to come out. When the manager finally came out, he also seemed dismissive and did not make any effort to understand what had happened. At the end, I was basically told that if I wanted half-and-half, I should not have said “double meat” and that it was my problem. I understand there may have been a misunderstanding, but the way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The employees were laughing while I was trying to explain the issue, which made the situation even worse. I am not upset simply because of the extra charge. I am upset because of how I was treated when I tried to address the mistake. I expect your employees and management to treat customers respectfully and make a reasonable effort to resolve misunderstandings instead of dismissing them.

  They were out of everything. Veggies, steak rice. Yes it was busy, but I had to wait 10 minutes after I ordered. Place was not clean. Staff behind counter were yelling and screaming for some reason. Like they were watching a game, but obviously they weren't. Perso. Checking me out was so distracted. Put order in bag when I said eat in multiple times. Had to ask for cup twice. Food was OK.
