$19 for a turkey sandwich is wild. And I wasn't a fan of my sandwich at all. I found the turkey pretty dry.
Good portion size though. Probably a better place for a Reuben or Pastrami.
I’m always hesitant to leave a review, but hopefully the team sees this and takes it into consideration.
Mark was our waiter and he was amazing! Veggie sandwich was good. Wish there were a few more vegetarian options on menu. Potato pancakes with applesauce were great! I would come back here if I were in the area.

I was excited to stop here to have takeout lunch. 1st thing, the food is fresh and delicious. The restaurant/deli looks inviting and well maintained. The staff was not at all inviting or pleasant. It felt as though I was bothering each one. Again, maybe being Seated and served is different. Most important, the food (is delicious).
Best deli ever 💯
We ordered smoked fish platters for my son’s Bris — lox, whole whitefish, herring in both cream and wine sauce, tuna salad, egg salad, whitefish salad, and all the smears. Every single guest was blown away. One person summed it up perfectly: “This spread isn’t good… it’s Oyser Gevlanach” (Yiddish for “unbelievable”)!! 👌
Huge thank you to Jesse, Janet, and the entire team for making such an important day for our family even more special. Everything was absolutely incredible and truly unforgettable.

My wife and I are regular customers at the pickled herring, typically 2-3 times a month. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and was doing a fundraiser for them. We asked the Pickled Herring several times for a gift card to be part of a raffle. The only thing that they gave us was the run around. Other business in the area gladly supported the cause including Fred and Murray’s. The fundraiser was very successful as we raised over $10k that will go towards research to help find a cure for type 1 diabetes.
From now on Fred and Murray’s will be our Jewish style deli of choice.
