The fish was greasy the sweet potato fries add too much salt on it. The waiter wasn't the best. And also my glass was dirty. Overall didn't have a good experience. Saw the restaurant on Instagram. Food look good we were very disappointed ☹️ we sent $175.
Blige is truly amazing and comforting. First time eating here and it was good experiencing and the food was soooo good and well seasoned. The crab pot. The lobster empanadas. Grilled oysters. Calamari. The lobster bomb. Everything was just good lol
I ate here yesterday with my family and was served by Maria who was so friendly and managed the dining room all on her own with a smile on her face. I only chose to write this review because I saw a very recent review from the same day I was there. I recognized the described situation because I was there.
They waited for 5 minutes for their drinks and as she approached with a heavy tray of all their drinks they decided to leave while making a scene in the dining room about how long she took to bring them. The dining room was busy and I noticed 3 tables were sat at the same time, she was alone and handled it timely, so this most recent review by Les was unfortunate to see. Their food is amazing, the staff is kind, and please be considerate to the world around you.

The waitress was beyond rude … after waiting to be seated in a dead empty restaurant that we had a reservation for …we finally manage to get seated …the waitress did not offer my family water .. rolled her eyes after we were seated for about 10 min when I politely asked her to put a drink order in … waited for 20 min for 3 cokes and a lemonade we were getting up to go .. as we were with my kids and they were complaining of the wait. She looked at us and goes “come on it wasn’t that long “ I said no it was I think we’re just going to go she replied with “yeah you probably should” we walked out and a couple behind us also did 730 on a Monday night. Place was not busy . And we were not rude to her at all she was beyond rude to us. It’s a shame we really wanted to try the food to… this was at the Montclair location

Had an amazing experience at Jack’s Surf & Turf tonight. Billy was our waitress and provided incredible service from start to finish — attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire dinner experience feel welcoming and smooth.
The food was absolutely outstanding. We ordered the peel-and-eat shrimp, the lobster pot, the spicy lobster roll, and the kale Caesar salad, and every single dish was a 10/10. The seafood was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, and you can tell a lot of care goes into both the presentation and quality of the food.
Between the amazing service, atmosphere, and food, this was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back.
