  This restaurant does a good job at tricking people who probably don't cook, and with limited palates, that its good. It is a stunning restaurant, with a great cocktail menu and decent service. The food is very bland and overpriced - its elevated sysco food.

  We went here on Mothers Day! They do not have a very big menu, but they have a menu with daily specials on it. Many different options even though limited selection. We really enjoyed the Eggplant Babaganoush which was delicious. The main dishes were all incredible, and the dessert was small, but we were already so full so it was appropriately sized. It cost us 232 dollars for 3 people and a dessert so it is expensive, but still I think it is worth it. The seating is also great

  Made a reservation for 5 for mother's day brunch in March and recieved no warning that they would only be offering a pre-fix three course menu, check the original reservation and there was nothing. When arrived with a reservation for the garden got placed on a small balcony area with no foliage and was so narrow that we had to get up anytime someone want to go past. Manager was rude when questioned, used to regularly go for brunches but I will not return again, if I could give 0 stars I would

  We had a fantastic Sunday brunch at Faubourg with a party of six, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. The restaurant offers a great atmosphere with options to dine in the main dining room, at the bar, or outside on the patio—something for everyone depending on the vibe you’re looking for. Their brunch menu is well thought out, featuring both à la carte options and a $43 prix fixe menu that includes a choice of mimosa, an appetizer, and a main course. It’s a great value and gives you plenty of variety. I opted for the lump crab avocado appetizer from the à la carte menu, which was fresh and flavorful, followed by the steak and eggs with fingerling potatoes—perfectly cooked and incredibly satisfying. Service was attentive, the ambiance was lively with music and without being overwhelming, and the overall experience made for a memorable brunch. I’ll absolutely be returning and would highly recommend it for both small and larger groups.

  I love this restaurant so much. I just realized I’ve been about 7 times this year and the food, cocktails, and service are consistently impeccable. This time Celine was our waitress and I have never had such a detailed analysis of the food - as an indecisive human, I have trouble making decisions on what to order. This is the first time (at any restaurant) that I felt like a waiter/waitress genuinely helped me make a decision by giving details of the food. Lots of other restaurants will say “they’re all good” or “they don’t let us try the food” - NOT FAUBOURG MONTCLAIR. They know their food (and mixology) and they definitely know hospitality. Great experience every time - can’t wait to come back :)
