I had to run back because I was missing two donuts and then when I opened up to try to eat my croissant with butter all I see is butter all over my croissant like it’s smothered and like one squeeze of my bread, butters all over it that’s way too much butter that they put in very sloppy not only I had to run back, but I’m not going back the second time because of my croissant with butter please stop making mistakes with people’s orders because this is not the first time this happened. I mentioned on the review about it already but this really just triggered me because I really love croissant with butter do better next time cause to me. This is very much of a disappointment. As I was eating my doughnut, the doughnut was good, but then I see brown and greenish stuff all over the bag on the bottom of it that I didn’t catch onto once I saw Out the donut because I don’t know what that is That could be anything At this point, I probably won’t come back to order any food from you guys. Just probably my coffee.

I ordered two doughnuts, a black pepper bacon breakfast sandwich, a large coffee, and a large cup of ice water, spending a total of $13.00. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing due to the following issues: - Long Delay: It took approximately 15 minutes for my sandwich to be prepared. - Quality & Environment: The cup of water was served with very little ice, which melted completely while I waited for my food. Additionally, the dining area was excessively loud due to a group of regulars, despite the fact that I sat entirely across the room. - Unreasonable Charge: Before leaving, I asked for a small amount of ice to be added to my existing cup. I was told there would be a $1.00 charge. Even after explaining that I only needed a little ice in the same cup, the staff insisted on the fee. I spoke with the manager, who informed me that this was the owner's policy and was indifferent when I mentioned I would leave a negative review. Charging $1.00 for a small amount of ice in an existing cup after a customer has just spent $13.00 and waited 15 minutes for their food is unacceptable customer service. I hope you will review this policy and address these service issues with your team. P.S. I wanted to make you aware of an incident I witnessed in the parking lot. I parked in the back of a different lot and saw an employee carrying a dead mouse with a sign and a stick. He then threw it into the woods and appeared surprised when he noticed me watching.
