I ordered two doughnuts, a black pepper bacon breakfast sandwich, a large coffee, and a large cup of ice water, spending a total of $13.00. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing due to the following issues: - Long Delay: It took approximately 15 minutes for my sandwich to be prepared. - Quality & Environment: The cup of water was served with very little ice, which melted completely while I waited for my food. Additionally, the dining area was excessively loud due to a group of regulars, despite the fact that I sat entirely across the room. - Unreasonable Charge: Before leaving, I asked for a small amount of ice to be added to my existing cup. I was told there would be a $1.00 charge. Even after explaining that I only needed a little ice in the same cup, the staff insisted on the fee. I spoke with the manager, who informed me that this was the owner's policy and was indifferent when I mentioned I would leave a negative review. Charging $1.00 for a small amount of ice in an existing cup after a customer has just spent $13.00 and waited 15 minutes for their food is unacceptable customer service. I hope you will review this policy and address these service issues with your team. P.S. I wanted to make you aware of an incident I witnessed in the parking lot. I parked in the back of a different lot and saw an employee carrying a dead mouse with a sign and a stick. He then threw it into the woods and appeared surprised when he noticed me watching.
