  Stop & Shop ads can say the prices have gone down all they want. I shop at Stop & Shop for the convenience, as it is five minutes from my house. However, the prices are ridiculously expensive.

  Whoever they have working in the sushi department needs to be removed and replaced- I asked this guy a very simple nice question about something in prepared foods - he points up at the sushi sign like I don’t know that, obviously I’m asking because you work right by where all the prepared food is. He was incredibly rude wouldn’t answer and waves his hand away at me as if was a fly he was shooing away. If you don’t know or it’s not your department that’s ok but at least least say so nicely and respectfully. Disgraceful behavior but I guess this a third party working there and not stop and shop itself. Replace him/ them. Unacceptable customer service

  I had a wonderful shopping experience at Stop & Shop, and I especially want to recognize Peggy for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly respectful, helpful, courteous, and genuinely pleasant throughout my visit. Her warm and professional attitude made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Peggy truly went above and beyond to make my shopping experience enjoyable. It is employees like her who make a lasting impression and make customers want to return. Stop & Shop is fortunate to have someone like Peggy on their team. She deserves recognition for the excellent way she treats customers and represents the store. Thank you, Peggy, for making my visit such a positive experience!

  Edit: Adding two stars because I was able to put a ticket in for missing points on a transaction and get resolution without needing to talk to anyone. That helps mitigate the fact that they shut down customer service in store and by phone by 7PM. They still have to sort out the issue with some deals not triggering at the correct values, but requiring $1 to $2 more to trigger before someone ends up taking them to court for it -and to figure out the mold spore issue with bread storage. They need to be more diligent to stop putting molding breads into the discount pile and will likely need to sanitize the buildingnof spores. A UV-C light sterilization service or process would likely clear it out, but would likely need to be at least once a month granted the natural humidity levels in the area. I know that they went to great lengths to solve the freezer/refrigerator issues that would break down by replacing/upgrading, so I will commend them on that. If it happens again they need to address too much traffic of customers or employees stocking the units keeping the doors open too long causing the systems to stress out.

  They don’t take a call for pick up,or delivery wasting my time in a store don’t take priority in their costumer. Bad service 👎
