- PHPatrick Hoffer4 days ago1.0Absolutely terrible experience, went in there with my wife and children during a hurricane and was told that we needed to buy something BEFORE going to the bathroom. Keep in mind I had two children under the age of 5 who desperately needed to use the “potty”. Had to buy a small coffee and two donuts because my wife and I went in separate times. The “coffee” tasted like dirty water. Reading the other reviews I don’t understand how this Dunkin stays open under its current ownership. Unbelievably inhumane and disrespectful business practices.

One of the employees working there was extremely rude and unhelpful. The self-service kiosk was not working, and when I asked for assistance, she simply said she didn’t know why it wasn’t working and didn’t seem interested in checking or fixing the issue. She also initially refused to take my order at the counter. I had to ask several times before she finally agreed to take the order, and I completed my payment. When I asked for a receipt, I was told that the receipt machine wasn’t printing. Again, there was no effort to check what was wrong or provide an alternative receipt. Technical issues can happen, but the way customers are treated when those issues occur makes all the difference. Unfortunately, the attitude and lack of willingness to help made this a very frustrating experience. I hope management addresses the customer service at this location.
