  the food was not good at all. seemed very dry, didnt fill the bowls for 12.95 worth and they ran out of Tzatziki and I had to wait for it... won't return

  Food is incredibly flavorful, staff was very friendly, and though the portion looks small in the big bowl, I felt satisfied and healthy after finishing it...

  I gave it 3 stars because the other night while I was eating my bowl with my free side of pita bread, I turned my bread over to try to scoop some of my bowl and it would appear that my bread had mold on it. I can’t describe how disgusted and agitated I was. I was so annoyed because this was my first time trying the pita bread and it was really good on my first bite and then when I went to go rip a second piece off, I seen that there was mold on it. So unfortunately, I will not be back.

  I have waited years for Cava to come to Monmouth County and it was everything I expected it to be! Jayla was super helpful in suggesting what pairs best together with such a glowing positive/upbeat personality. Cant wait to return!

  I absolutely love Cava. The food is great. The service is outstanding. You can see their staff truly cares about satisfying the customer and giving them a great experience. Everyone is so friendly, respectful, and helpful. I love that there’s more healthier options than some other restaurant and I love that I can come in a get my meal within a few minutes. Great for on the go. I highly recommend Cava. FYI I been to a few other Cava restaurants and they are all amazing.
