I was not given the option to get a refund or choose another menu item, I had to take it on a hamburger roll or they can “just put it into a bowl”. Customer service attitude way below standards for the amount of money they charge. This is a one and done for me. I will not be back to that location.

Burger was decent but the experience took away from it. Also very expensive for what you get. This was a one and done!

A regular fry is $6.30 and if you’ve been to five guys you know you get a bang for your buck with the fries . I got approximately 15 fries for $6.30 . Get real . I will NOT be returning until they change their fry delivery back to the way it was . And to the cashiers that thought it was okay to serve this for the amount paid is idiotic .

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
