- MLMs. Allyn LopezMay 15, 20261.0Interesting the review I did last week with the pictures was removed after I posted pictures about the rudeness of the male employee, also for unsanitary health conditions in the facility. Having the trash mixing with the salt, sugar, napkins and straws very unsanitary. Not to mention the picture of donuts on the website is not what they sale.They had only 4 types of Donuts according to the rude male cashier nothing sales therefore is very limited selection not like if you go to a different Dunkin. Finnally the prices is it's jacked up for 6 donuts + 10 munchkin and one small hazelnut ice drink was $29.00. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Let see if they deleted this one too.

The cashier was not so friendly and a little impatient. She wasn’t egregious about it but still a little too noticeable. She even took another customer in front of me in her impatience. I decided not to address it directly because… my food, man. Water under the bridge. The bathrooms were clean which is a plus since I had to take my three daughters to it. I’d try this Dunkin again, just tell that cashier to pep up. She looks ready to quit.

I received all of my drinks and they were fine however I also ordered two donuts one of them was missing and the other one was soaked in the bag with coffee. I called the store and the girl was very rude she was more interested in whose fault it was. She then told me she personally pack the order and it was fine. She also told me there was only one doughnut ordered when my receipt shows two that were ordered and paid for. All I was trying to do is let them know that the donut arrived soaked with coffee in the bag and the other ones was not in the bag. She then proceeded to tell me that the order only showed one donut on their end and she would take responsibility for not putting a donut in the bag so that didn't make any sense. Very poor customer service! I will be using a different location from this point on. Do the fact that I don't have a car to drive there I have been having it delivered pretty regularly for almost 2 months now.
